Hi, I’m Tacey — the heart and hands behind Harmony Notes.

I was born and raised in Oregon and have spent my life in small towns, where community matters, neighbors know your name, and the simple things carry the most meaning. Today, I call Banks, Oregon home, and the Pacific Northwest isn’t just where I live — it’s what inspires everything I create. The misty mornings, towering evergreens, quiet back roads, cozy kitchens, and the feeling of being grounded in nature all find their way into my scents.

I’ve been married to my husband, Mike, for 20 years, and together we’re raising two amazing kids — one now 18 and one 16. For years, my life revolved around being a full‑time working mom while juggling baseball games, band concerts, cheer practices, drama rehearsals, and all the beautiful chaos that comes with raising busy kids. My days were full, loud, and fast — and I loved every minute of it.

Then last spring, everything shifted. Our oldest graduated high school, and our younger decided not to return to cheer this year. Almost overnight, the calendar that once ruled my life went quiet. I found myself with time I hadn’t had in years — and a very real void in my heart. I didn’t just need a hobby. I needed something meaningful to pour my time, creativity, and care into.

That’s when Harmony Notes was born.

I’ve always loved scent and fragrance — the way a single note can spark a memory, change the mood of a room, or bring a sense of comfort and calm. I started experimenting, blending, pouring, and learning everything I could. What began as a creative outlet quickly became a passion and then a purpose. Harmony Notes grew from a need to create something with intention — something that feels warm, familiar, and a little grounding in a busy world.

Every product I make is hand‑poured and thoughtfully crafted right here in Banks. From scent blending and pouring to labeling and packaging, I do it all myself, with care and attention to detail. I focus on high‑quality ingredients, phthalate‑free fragrance oils, and clean‑burning waxes because I believe what you bring into your home should feel good — in every sense of the word.

Harmony Notes is deeply rooted in community, family, and the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. My hope is that when you light one of my candles or melt one of my wax melts, it brings you a moment of peace, a sense of home, or a memory worth holding onto.
